ICSI/ET Course
Course Objective
This course is mainly focused on selection of best sperm and injecting it into oocytes along with alignment of Micromanipulator and various steps involved in ICSI procedures and embryo transfer. (Hands on training on mice eggs will be provided).
Duration: Two weeks course

- Oocyte denudation and grading
- ICSI dish Preparation
- Sperm immobilization – Hands on
- Tips, Trouble shooting and demonstration of ICSI
- Embryo selection and Loading (ET)
Eligibility
- Medical graduate or Post-graduates, in an appropriate area of life and biological sciences.
- Applicant with a BSc (Bachelor of Science) or BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) would be acceptable for training.
- Medical laboratory technician and specialists
